Melina is an equestrian athlete, Pilates instructor and fitness trainer with over 10 years of experience helping people from all walks of life get stronger, feel more confident, and connect deeper with their bodies. She believes that a strong core is the foundation for a strong body, all whilst being less prone to injury — the CORE really is the SOLUTION!!
