Join us for a Pilates in the Roadrunners Plaza class hosted by Melina Nasab Keefe during DC 7, 8, and 10 Sponsored by Core Specialty! Melina is an equestrian athlete, Pilates instructor and fitness trainer with over 10 years of experience helping people from all walks of life get stronger, feel more confident, and connect deeper with their bodies. She believes that a strong core is the foundation for a strong body, all whilst being less prone to injury — the CORE really is the SOLUTION!! In this class, Melina focuses on the smaller, often-overlooked muscles that support the larger ones, especially tailored to equestrian athletes! For riders, these muscles are key for balance, stability and fluid movement in the saddle.
