In this class, Melina focuses on the smaller, often-overlooked muscles that support the larger ones, especially tailored to equestrian athletes! For riders, these muscles are key for balance, stability and fluid movement in the saddle. Strengthening them not only builds physical power but also boosts focus, physical awareness and mental resilience…which are very important things for riders to have while controlling these 1200lbs animals! Get ready to move, groove, and slay the day with Melina in this 45-minute full-body mat Pilates class! Using your own body weight and resistance bands, we’ll work our abs, buns and guns, while having all the funs 😉 This class is perfect for all levels — no prior Pilates experience required!
