If you’re looking for something light for lunch, Graze is waiting to craft your salad! Order custom salads or choose from our seven chef-curated bowls, with premium proteins including grilled chicken, roasted salmon, chicken salad, egg salad and tuna salad. The Poke Ranch
The Poke Ranch is a crowd pleaser at DIHP, crafting completely custom poke bowls with premium proteins including ahi tuna, salmon, tofu, and shrimp. Plus, it’s located right in the middle of the park along Vendor Row, where you can sit next to Jumper 2 and watch barn mates, family or friends compete. Load your poke bowl with all the toppings you would like!
The Pizza Paddock
We offer a wide selection of pizzas made to order in our pizza oven. The Pizza Paddock features chef-crafted creations featuring fan-favorite toppings including pepperoni, crushed San Marzano tomato sauce, a variety of fine cheeses and herbs and plenty of meat-free options.
